I used the smv tool. For those who don't know, with MashCast you can take video and convert it to S.M.V - stop motion video. The smv serves for my video wall of me making those ridiculous faces. The little running guy is a swf file I had created a while back. I create the animation in mashcast and saved it as a SWF object in MashCast.
So basically two phases:
[1] Create my video wall by capturing video and converting to smv.
[2] Add my pre-built swf object (steaking running dude) on top of theat.
[3] oh and of course dropping in a Wav audio file. I had an mp3 that i converted to WAV. Ok I lied that's 3 basic steps.
